Fresh Engineers with Management Degrees I. The Scheme
Young MMS / MBAs / PGDBMs (2 years full- time or 3 years part time course) will be selected through an all – India selection process and be admitted to the scheme.

After initial common stint of classroom and business orientation, they will undergo extensive and intensive on the job training for a period ranging from 6 – 12 months. Thereafter they will be admitted into the Manager family of the Company, with an exciting chalked out future and accompanying ongoing increase in compensation, based on performance.

Whilst an Engineering basic degree (Chemical / Polymer / Mechanical) is must, the candidate must have an aptitude / personality either for Sales / Marketing and / or Analytical work including compilation of information and statistics, analysis of the same, etc.

The initial training will be in Mumbai (selected candidates will be expected to make own arrangements for housing, though Company will assist). Subsequently, they could be posted in any region in the country depending on the business to which they are assigned.

Graduate in Engineering + MBA/MMS or equivalent (Chemical / Polymer / Mechanical) + MBA / MMS or equivalent first class Rs. 4.00 Lacs PA
The selected candidates will be appointed as BMT in Businesses and on successful completion of training the candidates will be placed in the Managerial Grade with attractive / commensurate compensation.

III. Training

The Trainees will be imparted practical / application oriented technical / business / functional knowledge, for a period of 1 year, to render the trainees productively engaged.

The application will be screened online followed by a separate e-mail call for detailed testing and interview at major metros in the country. The Company will attempt to visit maximum number of cities based on the response to the advertisement. Should however, that not be possible, candidates will be expected to travel at their own cost, to the nearest metro chosen by the Company.

This invitation is predominantly for freshers. Applicants with 1 or 2 years of experience may also be considered provided the above mentioned training and compensation scheme is acceptable to them.
